Final Cleanup Day at the Community Food Collaborative

We had another great season at the garden even with the challenges of the weather.  We had a banner crop where we are calling it “the year of the pepper”.  Weather was perfect for our final work day at the garden. We removed all the plants from the raised beds and did a final weeding, cleaned both sheds, put away our props and tools. Joe will be back to drain and shut off the irrigation system before we finally get to rest. We will continue to have regular monthly meetings via Zoom to review and critique our season and to plan for next season which will be our 5th growing season . . . and we are still having fun doing this. Time flies!
